Dads and Lads was established in 1997 as a one man band and within 6 months the business had 2 people working there, 6 months later we employed Helen and shortly after that Lucy joined our team. I feel privileged to say both Helen and Lucy are still with us even after all these years and we have watched our families grow together.

We now have 6 experienced barbers with us and 1 junior barber.

We enjoy providing a professional service to all our customers and consider many of them our friends. Dads and Lads is a friendly welcoming barbers and we love to chat and have a laugh, many of our clients are now bringing their kids in for haircuts and our continued success is due to our loyal clients. After only discovering the wonderful Dereham area after an unexpected car break down and moving in just 6 weeks later, my wife Caroline and I have never regretted the spur of the moment move.

We believe our longevity stems from us being genuinely interested in our clients, being child friendly and having the right balance between keeping up with the new trends while also offering traditional styles. Our services include everything from skin fades to short back and sides.

The salon is conveniently placed in a free car park and no appointments are required so get yourself or your kids down for a fresh trim, we're very child friendly.
